Come on in, join the service.  What a message we have here at the Church tonight.  I am your Deacon, Deacon Dan.  But first, prayer.

Father in Heaven, in the name of your son and our Savior, the one who died for the sins of the world.  I come before you asking for forgiveness of my sins which I confess before all and to your son today.  I confess that I have sinned and fall short of your glory, his glory and righteousness.  Having confessed and asked for forgiveness, I ask to come before you this morning in prayer.  I must first thank you that i am alive and that you saved me once again from death.

Father, my prayer this morning is that you be glorified, you alone and that anyone needing to accept salvation via your son’s death be enlightened today and accept his death as their sin debt this morning.  I pray that all will leave with the Holy Spirit upon their lives this morning.  I ask this in Jesus name.  AMEN…

My Brothers and Sisters, If you have not done so…PLEASE…pray this prayer from your heart, and mean it:

“Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

If you’ve prayed this prayer of salvation with true conviction and heart, you are now a follower of Jesus. This is a fact, whether or not you feel any different. Welcome to the family, the Body of Christ.
