Chuckie’s Challenge… A Thumbnail Sketch

I want to thank all of you who’ve written expressing a willingness to join me in “Chuckie’s Challenge”. To keep this in the forefront of our minds let me do a simple recap of the road to victory before us:
- Begin a physical and mental fitness program “AFTER” seeking your Doctor’s ok.
- Let go of any hurt and begin to forgive all those who have wronged you. “Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespassed against us”.
- Each one, Reach one…Meet a stranger, tell him/her about Christ.
- Communicate and share your victories. And remember, the journey of 1000 miles begins with the first step. Don’t try to eat the whole elephant in one meal. Please, keep me posted and help me encourage our fellow passengers by leaving your comments of progress.

Got to go for real now, games about to start. I doubt if I make it all the way though, I was up till the wee hours watching one of the best games I have ever seen last night. “CALL THE POLICE!” Was that a game or what!?! …Deborah, who won? BIG BELLY CHUCKIE LAUGH!! Hint, NOT THE SOONERS! Bet you guys are in mourning out there!
No you didn’t go there with that “Chuckie belly laugh!” I almost had a heart attack watching the game and now you taunt me! You best behave yourself young man. Nothing like a Sooner fan in mourning. We are celebrating here, not mourning. Our Sooners gave us quite a season and there is no reason to mourn. We are the big 12 champions and next year we’re going to be the National Champs! Sooners dropped it like its hot for their fans this year. Now, do you care to wager on your team? If your team loses, you’ll have to put a big statement here about how much you love the Sooners. lol And if they win, I will do the same for the Buckeyes. How about it, put your money where you Belly laugh is.? hahahaha
Chuckie, I am still on yr Life Train chugging right along until I get to a bad turn and then, I open up all the cylinders I have to get over it. Thinking about yr words of inspiriation, I can Do It! Or like the motivational story of The Little Engine that Could,I think I can, I think I can, I KNOW I CAN!! Getting words of encouragemnet from family, friends and yr blog helps me see over the obstacles and watch the rainbow of self esteem enlighten my life. So, thanks for the beginning of a new trip. My bags are paCked and I’ma still reaady. ALLLLL ABOARD!
Chawls, I’m up for the challenge my friend. You were up for the challenge when I first met you. (You gave Christ all the glory, praise GOD!!).
Dang if this eatin right ain’t like swimmin laps in swimmin pool full of mud !!(Thats southern for ah “very hard”). I’m with ya though, I’m gettin on the right food and takin part in some exercise.
Hope the Lord shines his light on you and your website, reaching the lost and weary who are hungry for the truth, peace and understanding and most of all a relationship with the Father for without his son, we would all perish.
