Very interesting Chuckie. Marmalade looks like it is made the same way as ‘preserves’, which is what my Gramma used to call it. She and my mama used to have jars and jars of it and would keep it on shelves. They had apple, pear, and peach. We would eat it on homemade biscuits with ham on Saturday mornings while we were watching Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids. Those were the good old days..
That scorpion looks scary. It looks like a stingray, which is what killed Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter.
