An Angel Has Returned 2 Heaven…Grandma Daniel
on July 15th, 2008 at 2:48 amPosted In: Thoughts from Chuckie
My Grandmother returned from whence she came this morning at around 2:AM. She has gone home to be with the Lord. ..And while my heart is heavy and the grief is much, I know, because of the life she led, pure and Holy, She is just fine. Please keep the Daniel family in your thoughts and I thank you all for your prayers!
Hi Chuckie. This was lovely I literally cried in the beginning and I literally cried at the end. You are truly blessed to be able to talk to both your Grandmother and Mother on Mothers day.
My Grandmother passed in ’84 and my Mother in ’01. I can say 100% that they both were a very big influence in my life. Truly grateful and the last song were an excellent rendition and tribute to both Pillars in your life. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your Mothers Day tribute and your Grandmothers birthday.
Keep up the good work Chuckie. I have truly enjoyed my ride on this train so far whether it was laughing or crying. I will always remember this trip. Thank you once again.
AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO GRANDMA!!!!!!!!!!!
Be Blessed
Michelle
Hello Chuckie,
This was the best, I had tears from the begining to the end. My grandmothers both passed when I was very very young. I only remember my fathers’s mother, because I lived with them from birth. My mom was always around but she felt that I would be better with my father. My mom passed November 2, 2000. she was only 58. I really miss her. You are so blessed to have your mom and your grandmother still here. Blessing to you and your family. I just really love the fact that they are very positive and Godly women. your grandmother is a true virtuous woman. Thanks for sharing. HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA DANIEL!!

I’m glad your grandma is better. My family has scheduled a day of family prayer this coming Saturday. We’ll also pray for you and yours.
Take Care.

Words can not express my sincere prayers for you and your family at this time. No words of comfort can hold you like the loving arms of your heavenly Father. God is able chuckie this I know for just two weeks ago I walked down this same path. Draw strength from the well of Faith.
My Prayers are with you all.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone of you who wish my brother and our family well wishes. Grandma Daniel was an EXTREMELY strong woman. Her (physical) presence will be greatly missed. Her spritual presence will always remain in our hearts and in our minds.
I am truly grateful that I got to spend some quiet one-on-one time with her before she passed. Even though she could not audibly communicate with me, she knew I was there and in my mind I could hear her greeting me like she always did with open arms. As I rubbed her soft, but frail hand, I saw a tear drop from her eye and I knew all is well between us.
Grandma Daniel will be sadly missed but NEVER FORGOTTEN.
Chuckie, my deepest condolences to you and your family on the homegoing of your grandmother. Continue to look to the hills from whence cometh your help. May you all feel God’s love, comfort and peace as you go through this time of sorrow.
Sweet Chuckie,
My heart aches for you and your family. As I read your post, tears filled my eyes. I never met your grandma, but I do remember you speaking of her so sweetly. Thank you for sharing memories of times with her with me…I do cherish our friendship and wish I could give you a big hug. I am praying God’s strength, peace, and love cover you and keep you during this time and always. God bless you all.
Who on the Lifetrain could ever forget the infamous mother’s day interview with Grandma Daniel. What a spiritual experience it was to listen to her speak. She truly gave us wisdom, courage, and guidance.. a griot with the answers of life at her fingertips. We will honor her, cherish her, and never forget her wisdom.
As for you Chuckie, you already know what to do. Pray, be human, and receive our love.
Chuckie & Family:
My sincere prayers are with you all as you see your way through this time of saddness. The old underground slave song can be used to describe our passage from Life on Earth to Life in Heaven.
Death “Tis the Old Ship of Zion” that allows the people of God to get on board and travel to Heaven to
see God The Father and receive our Just Reward.
A you well know, Grandma Daniel has taken her front
seat and is on her way to The Land of Glory.
You all be Blessed and may God be with.
Love,
Tonya
