Let me first say, the last picture is amazing to me. I don’t know how long ago it was taken, but it is clearly the size of a man, of the past. Why, you may ask…..
Well, went I met Chuckie about three months ago, it was a VERY interesting meeting. Chuckie blogged about his working out and preparation towards attending his reunion. If you read it, I am the person that proudly encouraged him to throw up on a one mile run during a Boot Camp class. Even then he wasn’t too big, but I can say his twice a day (intense) workouts paid off. Chuckie you look GREAT! Keep up the drive & determination to be 50 & FLY! (smile) I’m very proud of you.
Don’t be ashamed to throw up during or after a good run, it’s just weakness leaving your body….LOL!
